Domestic Shipping

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.

1. Shipping Time: Estimated shipping times are 5-8 business days.
2. Shipping Costs:
   • Standard Shipping: Free
   • Cash-on-delivery: 199- (Standard shipping + COD charges)
   • Express Shipping: 349/- (Only IF AVILABLE)
     
   • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided after  the order is shipped.

International Shipping

1. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
2. Shipping Time: Estimated shipping times are 10-15 business days, depending on the destination.
3. Shipping Costs:
   • Standard International Shipping: Depends on the destination. 
4. Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply. These fees are not included in our shipping charges.

Additional Information

1. Order Tracking: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email or Whatsapp.
2. Shipping Address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
3. Order Changes and Cancellations: Once an order has been processed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
4. Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at contact@sheandherstore.co with your order number for assistance.
